Which wireless carriers work with Cellvertise?

Once I register a keyword, how long do I “own” it?
Your keyword remains in your account for as long as it’s current. Your keyword can become available after 30 days of non-payment.

If I have message units left over at the end of the month, do they carry over to the next month?
Message units included in our plans DO NOT carry over. Each month, on your anniversary date, the credits are reset to your plan amount. Remember, it’s not about the amount sent out, it’s about the quality of your mobile market campaign.

How can I upload or enter mobile phone numbers to one of my marketing lists?
Currently the only way to get a phone number on to your list is for someone to send your keyword to our short code, or enter it on your website using our text message widget. If you have an existing list that you need imported, please contact us.

Do I need to put software on my computer to operate?
No software is required. You configure your keywords through a simple website that you can access from any computer that is connected to the internet.

Can I run a one-time 2 month long campaign?
With Cellvertise, you sign-up on a month to month basis. There are NO contracts. When your campaign is completed, simply download your data and cancel the keyword. It’s that simple. If you want a contract, we’ll talk about what your needs are and will accommodate.

Are key words case sensitive?
No, key words are not case sensitive.


Can I have multiple text message campaigns running at the same time?
Of course you can. We’ll work with you and create a highly effective mobile marketing plan that will meet your needs. And we’ll help you keep everything nice and organized.

How do customers OPT-OUT or unsubscribe from a campaign?
The process through which a Subscriber revokes consent to participate in a program. An example of an Opt-out process includes, but is not limited to, a subscriber replying to an SMS message with the phrase "STOP".

What if I need more credits than the monthly package includes?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at the start of the next month. We’ll help keep an eye on your account so that it’s always on target.

What about blasting text messages to a generic list?
Who wants spam on their cell? We here at Cellvertise feel strongly about privacy and phone lists. Our service only works when people OPT-IN.

What about state regulations and rules?
The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) has committees that create general best practices for Mobile Marketing and strives to stimulate industry growth. However, the individual carriers have their own set of rules and guidelines for marketing to their customers.
